Shoulder length thick poofy curly hair! ahhh !!?

my hair gets really poofy and curly its shoulder length now- would a haircut help my hair ? i straighten it often but i try not to straighten it to much what can i do to help my hair be less poofy and look better

My hair is kind of like that also. A hair cut would make it worse. You need to let it grow long and get some layers. Continue to straighten it because the hair will get more use to being straight. Put some Paul Mitchell Skinny serum to control the frizz.

when i cut it short, it just got poofier and frizzier!

a little trim would probabally help though. it helps for me.

You're better off just letting it grow and have long layers.
