Everyone can make their hair look wavy when it is straight, but I have ultra curly hair and it curls instead of waves. Please help.
I have really curly hair and I want to make it wavy, any suggestions?
hmm, well i have naturally wavy hair and it gets out of control sometimes because of cowlicks, and some pieces are curly, some pieces are wavy, etc and it causes my hair to look like something exploded. so what i do, is i have a shower (in the morning) try really hard to blow dry it straight, and i blow dry it until its between damp and dry. then i french braid it and leave it in for 10 - 20 minutes, then i take it out and brush and it keeps my hair controlled, but with a natural wavy look.

Use a straightening iron and then a curling iron?
