if you dont want to spend money on a straitener,

then i would suggest wetting it down and putting a brush trough itwhile blow drying, it works like a charm, :D

Curly hair can be tamed for longer term (go for rebonding - hair straighting) or for shorter spans (blow dry, deep conditionings etc. that typically last only tilll one wash). Here are the details:

Permanent (once in a six month effort): go for rebonding, i recommend Loreal Professional range. This would straighten your hair and would take away the frizz and extra volume though given that this is a chemical treatment, your hair would need post procedure care to prevent any damage and should be done by a hair expert only. If done by an experienced professional with the right products, this treatment is likely to make your hair more subtle, smooth, and much easily managed.

Temporary: This routine may have to be followed with each wash.

1. Incorporate oiling and deep conditioning into your weekly routine. Curly hair typically need a lot of mostuire to be controled.

2. Post wash, use a hair smoothing serum (leave in conditioners too would do) on your wet hair and comb gently or style it the way you want - with blow drying or by drying your hair naturally. This is by far the most effective way to control hair curly hair and is much better than hair sprays or gels which make the hair texture stiff rather than smoothing it for a free fall.

Girl, i got you COVERED.

My hair is a crazy curly mess.

You need to buy Wrap and Roll mousse by The Jane Carter Solution and some kind of flexible hold hairspray.

When you get out of the shower, put in the mousse and scrunch it, spray on some hairspray, turn upside down, and diffuse that crap!

Embrace your curly hair....it's unique and original.
